It is always said that when an individual teach others by his or her actions, the person or persons in which he or she is teaching is more faster and eager to grab the main points of the teachers. I think that same scenario, is applied to the relationship between a business owner and his or her workers or an employer and his or her employees. For example if an employer or business owner demands that his or her employees endeavors to be punctual to the business premises or environment so as to carry out business activity early enough, it is therefore expected for such business owner or business employer to also be early and keep to the punctuality rule or regulation in which he or she have enacted or placed. In this way he or she teaches by action and not by words. Anyways what do you guys think?

It’s important to be conscious on what you show your employees and also what they imitate from you, so that you shouldn’t build a poor work culture.
