I may be wrong, but i believe it is impossible to gain a customer's loyalty up to a 100% cause the truth of the matter is that customers would always have a place they can fall back to in situations where you are out of stock or no longer have what they need. I may be wrong, but i believe it is impossible to gain a customer’s loyalty up to a 100% cause the truth of the matter is that customers would always have a place they can fall back to in situations where you are out of stock or no longer have what they need. Its more like having a backup plan. The goal is to make your business be the first option for them every single time. One way to gain customer loyalty is to be loyal yourself to them yourself. Always put your customers first in everything you do, ensure that you give them the best and quality services when they need it.
