Her business is very successful because she knows how to treat her customers. Most at times she gives them discount, especially during weekends, and these makes her customers repeated customers. So making money as a depends on your skills and how you treat your customers.

Also a hairdresser must make sure to locate his or her hairdressing service environment in an area where the business can be seen and recognised by passing individuals who have the interest to patronize.

For example, my neighbor does haircuts for men and women, but a man’s haircut costs 1 dollar and a woman’s haircut is somewhere around 4, but this is not her main job, so she has about 4 clients a day. It can be assumed that half are men and half are women, then it is 10 dollars a day and even if she does not work every day, it is 150 dollars a month with an average salary of 250 dollars in my country

I think anything above minimum wage profits is pretty decent because you can live on that and from there you can focus on making more by adding more services.
